A 14-storied building for the dedicated us of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. at their own land (1.33 acres) at Nikunja, Dhaka. The complex has 3 (three) basements and 45,000 sft. area of each floor (total floor area 650,000 sft.). Our services include members rooms, training hall, club facilities for members, 656 person capacity auditorium, seminar room, cafeteria, prayer hall, car parking, telex room, staircase, elevators, smoke detectors and fire alarm system, air-conditioning, sub-station, water supply and deep tube-well, fire hydrants and fire water supply, gas connection, telephone, garbage disposal, roads, boundary wall and gate house, central security system, landscaping and garden lighting.

– Topographical survey of the site – Sub-soil investigation and foundation design, drawings, etc. – Preparation of layout plan, master plan, preparation of preliminary architectural plan, detail section, elevation, etc. – Preparation of final architectural drawings including interior design & drawings. – Preparation of structural design and detailed working drawings showing detailed bar diagram, etc. – Preparation of electrical and mechanical design and drawings including lift, HVAC, etc. – Preparation of design and drawing of Auditorium. – Preparation of detailed estimates (component wise) – Preparation of tender documents – Detailed supervision.
