CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF MASTER PLAN OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, GAZIPUR (7~14 STORIED BUILDINGS)
National University of Bangladesh (NUB) intends to construct several new establishments in its own premise at Gazipur. The project consists of ICT Building (1 basement and G+6 storied), Senate Building (1 basement and G+6 storied), Dormitory Building (1 basement and G+13 storied), Officers Quarter (G+9 storied), and Staff Quarter (G+9 storied).

– Site survey and soil investigation; – Environmental management and monitoring; – Preparation of architectural design; – Preparation of structural design; – Preparation of electro-mechanical design; – Preparation of sanitary and plumbing design; – Construction documentation and working drawings; – Assisting in bidding management; – Quality assurance; and – Construction supervision and defect liability.
