CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PGCB HEAD OFFICE BUILDING (20-STORIED) AT RAMPURA NLDC PREMISES
Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) Ltd.’s head office building of 20 (twenty) story. Structure includes two car parking basements with 22-storied foundation having each floor area approximately 2,000 sqm.
Services
– Site survey and analysis; – Sub-soil investigation; – Preparation of preliminary Architectural, Structural and Electro Mechanical design and drawings; – Preparation of detail design and drawings of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitation, Passenger Lift etc. with climate and environmental consideration (Green Building concept); – Preparation of design and drawing of electrical system, air-conditioning system, sub-station, and standby generator, area and security lighting, fire fighting fire-detection and alarm system, P.A. system, computer networking, conference hall lighting and sound system etc.; – Preparation of cost estimate, tender documents, evaluation of bids for civil, electrical, mechanical services; – Preparation of technical specifications; – Project management and monitoring; – Supervision during construction (1st Phase construction works of 8 floors + 2 underground basements with foundation of 20-storied building).
