An 18-storied office-cum-commercial building (with 22 storied foundation) on an iconic location at Plot No. 1048, Laxmipur crossing, Chandipur, Rajshahi. The plot size is 22.50 decimal (13.63 khata) (85’ x 118’ approx.). The building includes all ancillary facilities such as civil / mechanical / electrical viz. sewerage & plumbing systems, basement ventilation systems, fire- fighting systems, air-conditioning systems, power sub-station, standby generator, pump house, guard room, boundary wall, roof utility, solar power systems, car parking, market spaces and office spaces.
