Description
CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF RHD HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX (13-STORIED).
The proposed RHD headquarters will have a minimum floor area of 30,490 square meter (328,000 square feet) over a land area of around 6.9 hectare (17.05 acre). Site is located at Tejgaon under Dhaka North City Corporation. Major components include a multistoried office building with 6-storied steel structure building (28m span), landscaping, parking facilities (around 1,860 square meter or 20,000 square feet), structures for welfare organizations of RHD officers and staff, mosque, cafeteria, lifts and other electro mechanical facilities including fire detection and fighting system, networking provisions for communication system (telephone, intercom, internet, etc.), interior designs of selected facilities.

- – Preparation of a master plan for the proposed RHD headquarters complex;
- – Preparation of architectural design;
- – Preparation of steel structural design;
- – Preparation of structural design;
- – Preparation of electro-mechanical designs;
- – Preparation of sanitary and plumbing designs;
- – Preparation of bill of quantities including tender documents; and
- – Construction supervision.
