CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF DTCA HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX AT TEJGAON, DHAKA (13-STORIED).
The Roads and Highways Department of Bangladesh intends to construct a new headquarter complex for the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA) at Tejgaon, Dhaka. The proposed DTCA headquarters will have a minimum floor area of 11,050 square meter (1,20,000 square feet) over a land area of around 2 bigha (2,671 sq.m) located at Tejgaon under Dhaka North City Corporation. The major components of the proposed DTCA headquarters complex includes multistoried office buildings, landscaping, 2 basement floor car parking facilities, structures for welfare organization of DTCA officers and staff, cafeteria, 4 lifts and other electro mechanical facilities including fire detection and fighting systems.
Services
– Land survey, site analysis and sub-soil investigation; – Preparation of a master plan for the proposed DTCA headquarters complex; – Preparation of architectural design; – Preparation of structural design; – Preparation of electro-mechanical designs with telecom system, central electronic security system including Wi-Fi & CCTV system, and central PABX system; – Preparation of sanitary and plumbing designs; – Preparation of bill of quantities including tender documents; and – Full time construction supervision including 12 months defect liability period.
